Diabetes

Know Your Risk
Do you know your overall risk for developing Type 2 diabetes? If not, why not take a couple of minutes to check using this Know Your Risk Tool. It only takes three minutes.
Book an NHS health check
Your free NHS health check checks your risk for Type 2 diabetes and other life limiting conditions such as cardiovascular disease. An NHS health check is available for anyone aged 40 to 74 and any new patients registering with the practice.
Check with your nurse or GP
Ask your GP or nurse clinician if you are more at risk of Type 2 diabetes. They can refer you to the Healthier You Prevention Programme.
